I had to visit a customer in Sterling yesterday. Called ProJet the day before to reserve a rental car and let them know I was coming. Arrived and was parked right in front of the beautiful FBO. Stepped out of my aircraft and was greeted by two beauties, Donovee and a Camaro RS convertible… What a great facility and staff including the line guys who had my plane all fueled and ready to go and parked out front again when I got back. Now I’m looking for an excuse to fly back to Leesburg just to use ProJet again!

ProJet Aviation (JYO) sets the bar when it comes to customer service. They are staffed by true professionals, and it shows. On a recent trip, ProJet was able to locate and book a sedan service at the last minute for our passengers who required car seats for their young children. Additionally, that same day, due to a winter storm we needed to divert to Dulles – ProJet saw the change and proactively made sure that our passengers’ vehicle and sedan service were waiting for us at our alternate.
