The work we do is critical to maintaining safety in our nation’s transportation system.

Our Commitment to you:

ProJet Aviation cares deeply about the health and safety of our clients, tenants and staff. The following practices have been implemented to help minimize the risk of exposure to COVID-19.

  1. Plexiglass barriers have been placed at the front desk
  2. Our team is encouraged to social distance.
  3. Masks are required and the staff has extra masks available if you’ve forgotten yours.
  4. All employees are aware of the symptoms of COVID-19 and are required to stay home if affected by COVID-19.
  5. All employees wash their hands regularly and disinfect high traffic areas.
  6. Our team is masked and gloved when operating car rentals, client vehicles and approaching aircraft.
  7. The ProJet team is required to use gloves while handling all baggage.
  8. We offer rampside/planeside pick up and drop off to clients giving them the option of not entering the terminal.

Coming to KJYO? Please consider the following:

  1. Please call ahead. The sooner we know your travel plans, the better we can serve you! Call 703.889.8558 or email with any advance requests (pull time, fuel, oil, etc.) to avoid any unnecessary delays.
  2. Minimize time and activity in the Main Terminal Building. ProJet Aviation is a hospitality company. We love to have guests, and we enjoy our relationship with all of our customers. However, for everyone’s safety, we are asking all of our guests to keep traffic at the main terminal to a minimum. We have removed the public coffee station. Though we can still provide coffee service for your aircraft, we want to follow CDC guidance to avoid any unnecessary gatherings.
  3. Minimize front desk interactions. We know that the front desk is a comfortable height to lean on and say hello, but doing so violates the best practices for social distancing (maintaining six feet between yourself and others). Please minimize your time at the desk and touching the desk surfaces.
  4. Please follow CDC best practices to protect yourself, including:
    • Avoid mass gatherings, and maintain distance (approximately 6 feet or 2 meters) from others when possible.
    • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
    • If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
    • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
    • Stay home if you are sick, except to get medical care. Learn what to do if you are sick.
