ProJet Aviation will partner with AOPA (Aircraft Owner & Pilot’s Association) to sponsor this event. There will be corporate, private, commercial, general aviation and military aircraft on display. In addition, there will be over 45 aviation vendors sharing their business, departments, and expertise with these students. There will also be several aviation universities on site for recruitment, such as: Embry Riddle, Hampton University, and Parks College.
Some of the careers represented will be: pilots, flight attendants, aircraft mechanics, avionics technicians, aviation publications, aerial photographers, law enforcement, medevac flight nurses, canine security, mapping companies, armed forces, lobbying organizations, aviation insurance specialists, and charter schedulers, to name a few.
The day is filled with guest speakers, both male and female, demonstrations, displays, simulators, and tours. There are also give-aways, prizes, and a treasure hunt involved.
