As ProJet’s CEO, Shye Gilad leads our management team, and sets the objectives that ProJet will strategically pursue each year. He is committed to facilitating one of the strongest customer service teams in the private aircraft industry, and has dedicated himself to ensuring unrivalled service, long lasting relationships, and a long term vision for this company. Shye is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he became a commercial pilot and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Science. Shye flew professionally within the airline industry for over 12 years where he gained valuable insight and experience in leadership roles including various positions in flight operations management, training and safety. Shye’s expertise in safety and security disciplines such as Crew Resource Management, Human Factors, Self-Defense, and Emergency Situations Training set the tone for ProJet’s operational practices.
