Vice President of Client Services

Jim has over 29 years of sales and executive management experience building and leading customer service groups. His primary responsibility at ProJet is to establish and retain strong client relationships. He develops various aircraft programs that are unique and specific to each client’s travel requirements, to guarantee satisfaction on a long term basis. In addition, Jim coordinates client service training and supports community involvement, corporate memberships, and marketing sponsorships. Prior to joining the ProJet team, Jim enjoyed a successful career directing sales and technical teams at large companies such as: Cisco Systems, Lucent Technologies, SynOptics, and many others. Jim has also been a private pilot since 1980 and served as a United States Marine in the 4th Marine Airwing, during the Vietnam era.
