Executive Administrator & Client Services Associate

Aimee Callahan is responsible for enhancing and maintaining the ProJet customized applications that increase efficiencies both for the corporate team and customers. She directs the financial, accounting, insurance, and human resource functions of the company. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Aimee provides support to charter and owner trips as well. She plays a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships not only with clients, but business partners, employees, and associates. Aimee’s aviation background includes seven years as a flight attendant supervisor and instructor with a large US carrier, and additional experience as a customer service representative at a busy FBO.
